Non-compliance with environmental requirements can be costly, not only for potential penalties that have to be paid, but also in regards to community relations and customer expectations.

We can provide you with a detailed review of how your operations conform to environmental requirements.  This review will identify potential compliance risks and actions you can take to address such risks.  We have done such work in a number of industries such as food processing, forest products, mining, chemical manufacturing, feedlots and mineral processing.  This work has included how federal solid and hazardous waste rules (i.e., the Bevill amendment) apply to certain mining and mineral processing operations.

If you have been notified by EPA or a state environmental agency of potential environmental non-compliance, we can work with your legal counsel to evaluate the situation and develop an approach to respond and resolve the allegations.
